As a stage master, you will be involved in the preparations for one or more of Parkteatern's productions and detailed planning regarding tours and performance venues. Your work includes coordinating technical equipment, scheduling, and organizing work at the performance site. You will work closely with Parkteatern's management and also have overall responsibility at the performance site.

You are part of a team and are responsible for ensuring that the team takes a holistic approach to Parkteatern's operations. This means that everyone must be able to support each other and pitch in. The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions. Therefore, be aware that there may be various lifts and that the work shift can be dirty, heavy, and may need to be carried out in rubber boots.

You lead work at the performance site and during preparations.

You are the one who has overall responsibility at the performance site, i.e., you take responsibility for and lead technicians, audience hosts, and the ensemble, among others, at the performance site.

You are the contact person for guest performances and subcontractors.

Work with technical specifications and adapt requests to Parkteatern's conditions.

Has solid theater experience and preferably touring experience.

Has experience in leading work.

Can get people around you to listen.

Is well-organized and stress-resistant.

Has technical education or equivalent experience.

Has a B driver's license.

Touring experience, especially from Parkteatern, BE, C driver's license, forklift license, documented experience in CPR, and basic knowledge in set construction are advantageous.

We are looking for two to three stage masters for parts of the period from April to August. Start date by agreement. The work is full-time, during both day and evening hours as well as weekends.
